Projektbeschreibung
Controller sought by our client, a world-leading investment bank based in Zurich. The bank is reviewing a charging mechanism with the goal of aligning and consolidating charging for a specific business area on a global scale. This role is part of a management support team and works closely with an existing controlling team as well as a highly motivated project team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaising with key stakeholders to gather key data from all the internal and external units in order to evaluate the current charging situation.
- Supporting management and controlling teams on analysing and interpreting developments and trends through the existing reporting and creating new ad hoc reports.
- Analyze the Key Figures (current costs, budget, reporting, charging of cost centers, etc.) and prepare appropriate presentations in order to propose new and consolidated charging solutions.
- Evaluate the figures in order to propose the necessary business case to propose new operating models
- Collaboration with the controlling team on monitoring all contracts and invoices of the external partners
- Collaboration with the controlling team on satisfying ad hoc requests coming from clients and service providers, and on the delivery charging reports.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Ability and to analyze strategic and charging data to identify business improvement opportunities and trends.
- Technical knowledge and experience of MS Office tools, particularly Excel
- Strong relationship building and consultation skills as well as an ability to ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, key stakeholders and clients.
- Experience of working in the Finance/Banking field as controller
