Location: Atlanta, GA Raleigh-Durham, NC and Nashville, TN

Our client located in Atlanta, GA is seeking a self-motivated Project Construction Manager to join an exciting team. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Interface with the network team coordinating project construction activities, administrative requirements, financial reporting, invoice approval, material handling, etc.
- Supervise a field staff with responsibility for quality assurance, schedule commitments, troubleshooting and final turnover to operations
- Work cross-functionally to design and build scalable construction, installation, and support processes
- Innovate our means and methods with potential to change industry standards
- Production within budget and schedule constraints
- Facilitate broad collaboration with clear communication and documentation
- Run cross-functional meetings, identifying action items and driving to successful completion
- Build positive relationships and trust over time through strong on-time delivery of projects, high quality continuous innovation, and by exceeding expectations
- Analyze data using logic and reason to make sound decisions/recommendations
- Strong organizational, project management, analysis, and communication skills
- Ability to work well as a member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members
- Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and relevance to the marketplace

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL ALSO HAVE THE FOLLOWING TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Proficient in using documents, spreadsheets, and other related software
- Experience or familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, and other reporting/scheduling tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, typical, and permits
- Knowledge of construction safety standards, OSHA requirements, NESC guidelines and specifications
- Knowledge and experience in coordinating make ready work for aerial construction
- Knowledge or familiarity with Web Applications and/or GIS mapping software

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in managing highly-complex, technically-challenging projects, specialized in the Telecom industry
- Flexible work schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
