Project Communications Officer

One of our top client is looking for a PROJECT COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER in Belgium. Long term contract, great rates.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project has the goal to setup a One-Stop-Shop for IT services our client uses. From the One-Stop-Shop all IT services must become consumable.

The Project Communications Officer is accountable for all communications towards stakeholders:

- Help designing the One-Stop-Shop Portal
- Organize trainings
- Training material
- Communication Plan

COMPETENCES:

- Must be a confident communicator and presenter
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
- Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
- Superior project management and time management skills
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
- Trilingual: English/French/Dutch is preferred
