Project Co-Ordinator (Systems and Training)

Able to support and organise others to meet project tasks and deadlines? Enjoy being at the centre of things?

Then you'll enjoy this Project Co-ordinator opportunity in our ICT team, supporting the roll-out of a new system to our care business. With access to a range of staff from Director level through to our front line workers, you'll need to map out the training phase of this project, coming up with a clear plan of who needs training and when. Working at multiple sites across London, your flexibility and tenacity will be needed to ensure training is delivered to our staff on day or night shifts, getting them the help and advice they need.

Enthusiastic, organised and flexible, you'll need some experience of working in an office environment, preferably in a training, project co-ordination or communications role. Comfortable with new concepts, you'll be able to pick up the features of the system and come to quickly understand the care business' operating context and staff training requirements. Ultimately, this is a great opportunity for the right candidate to grow in a role that could raise your profile across our organisation. From planning the training to directly supporting its roll out, your methodical and flexible approach will be key to our success.
