Project Co-Ordinator - Calibration

We are looking for a Project Engineer to work for a major Automotive company based in Warwickshire.

Experience:- Project Management
Skills:- Knowledge of Powertrain
Location:- Warwickshire
Hours:- 40 per week

Role is to Plan, co-ordinate and deliver a Calibration Team Project.
Needs previous Project delivery experience plus knowledge of Calibration.
Project Planning skills.

The Role:
*Deliver gateway requirements and reporting metrics Manage commonality of calibration across vehicle and engine types.
*It will require the person to understand, and guide the team to deliver a common calibration.
*Knowledge of GPDS principles or other company processes desirable.
*Report out calibration health status
*Report calibration status vs. target to project management
*Applicants should be qualified to degree level and the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the ability to lead the resolution of calibration and process issues within a Project Team environment.

*Knowledge of delivery process desirable.
*Leadership of the programme activities in the Hybrid Calibration Department
*Act as an outward face and inward driver for team activities ensuring they are delivered to the programmes on time
*Responsible for team planning on assigned projects
*Calibration planning and coordination
*Calibration issue management Issues
*Meeting attendance and coordination
*Environmental trip planning and coordination
*Lead the Hybrid Calibration Teams interactions with other key departments such as Powertrain
*Accountable to Manager of the Hybrid Calibration Team

Skills Required:
*Proven Programme Management experience and ability to handle multiple programmes
*Knowledge of Powertrain and or Electrical systems
*An agile and flexible attitude when working with this highly technical growing area is essential.

Skills Preferred:
*Knowledge of Control Systems and or Electrical integration is desirable
*Knowledge of Project Management systems such as GPDS, GTDS, eFDVS is desirable.
*Knowledge of calibration tools and techniques would be beneficial

*Degree
