Project Co-Ordinator / Audience Feedback Co-Ordinator

My client is a globally recognised media and broadcast organisation. They currently have an opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator / Audience feedback Co-ordinator for an initial 5 week contract to be based from there Salford office. My client are launching new app in January and need someone to monitor the feedback via email, social media (twitter, facebook) and the app stores reviews. They will need to be able to sort out relevant and important feedback and collate similar responses before liaising with the App Team (6or7 strong) to answer questions or lead them to updates and bug fixes. The ideal candidate will have an appreciation or new technologies and social media, ideally having a keen interest in sport. They will come from a background with PR/Media/Journalism to be able to communicate responses to the public via a variety of mediums, bearing in mind relevant media law and appropriateness. They should have worked in a customer facing envirnment and be prepared for siginficant amounts of data in a fast paced environment. Before the App goes live they will work with the App team on FAQs and how they will handle and report the feedback/queries.
