Project Co-Ordinator

Project Coordinator required for Dublin

As part of the Network Deployment Team, you will ensure that our Network Build Projects run as efficiently as possible. This includes managing schedules, assisting in resource allocation and management, and tracking and reporting status, estimating start and completion dates, and identifying risk areas. You will collaborate with Program and Project Managers.

Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of project management, practices and standards. Experience working with a commercial Project Management system such as MS Project, Primavera, Merlin or something similar. Must be a significant user of MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications:
2 years experience in network installation or operations, or the construction of high tech facilities. Telecom Operations background.

Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of scheduling and planning functions encompassing conceptual schedules, options analysis, baselines, progress measurement, and reporting with limited supervision. Record all actions and decisions in planning and status meetings and maintain Project Schedules in the tool of record.

Create reports suitable for all required levels of Project analysis. Implement standard procedures for scheduling including baselining, statusing, progress measurement, schedule quality analysis, development of metrics and KPI. Working with the local project management personnel, attending project status meetings, understanding the nature and status of the Projects, taking notes on all changes and updates, and reflecting those changes in Tool of Record. Updating dates, status, work logs/comments. Updating project structure, adding and removing deliverables, managing dependencies.
