An excellent opportunity has arisen, due to continued growth for three Project Co-ordinator's to join a reputable Oil and Gas company based in Portlethan.

You will work closely with clients to provide excellent customer service attending to all their aftermarket sales requirements.

Other responsibilities

*To project plan throughout all stages to ensure all equipment / parts are delivered to the customer on time.

*Communicate with customers on all levels by arranging meetings, telephone conversations, e-mails etc

*Plan and log all aspects of the process and ensure all administration is kept up to date by accurately recording information on the company's database.

Demonstrable experience within project co-ordination and customer service is preferable.

Product line experience - Experience working with drilling equipment/ parts or repair services is advantageous to this role.

Candidates with no direct experience in drilling may be considered for this role.
