Project Co-Ordinator

One of our key clients is currently seeking a Project Co-ordinator to join their team for an initial 6 month contract located in Sydney's CBD.

The ideal candidate will be required to provide assistance to a number Project and Program Managers who are delivering a range projects as part of IT Portfolio.

Requirements:

- Experience in supporting an IT Project Portfolio and/or Project delivery function in a PRINCE2 environment
- Experience in preparation of status reports and other project documentation in conjunction with project and program managers
- Able to assist project managers with issues, risks, scheduling and change control management
- Experience in minuting project status and steering group meetings
- Experience coordinating production change control process/system
- Capability and skills in writing and publishing procedural documentation for project management and governance
- PRINCE 2 Foundation or CAPM certification highly regarded
- Fantastic communication skills written & verbal
- Government experience highly regarded
