Projektbeschreibung
SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Structure problem domain and drive/define data, process, functional, and architectural requirements. Conduct assessments of processes and data to detail business requirements.
a. Interview business partners, organize and run requirements sessions
with groups of users.
b. Analyze and model relevant business processes, rules and data relationships.
Document as is process.
c. Lead the business project team in designing a to be process. Demonstrate the impact of procedures and their effect on the organization. Critically review and recommend changes to processes in part or in their entirety.
d. Capture a common vocabulary. Develop use cases.
e. Document of the business requirements documents.
2. Investigate and define solutions that deliver business value.
a. Lead market analysis and software package evaluation. Conduct identification of potential solutions and vendors to review with the team, define selection criteria, lead authoring of RFI (Request for Information) and support the recommendation/decision process.
b. Define and assess the application landscape. Outline feasibility analysis or studies and document a proposed project/solution architecture approach in the Project Start Architecture (PSA)
3. Contribute to the Business Risk Management activities and Classification of the future solution.
4. Provide input to planning of the next phases of the project
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS/DELIVERABLES
1. Delivery of solution concept/approach for enhanced business value through processes,technologies and/or IT solutions,
2. Perform the business requirements analysis and evaluation of future solution architecture within budget, time and quality
3. Deliver the following deliverables
a. Business Requirements Specifications (BRS)
b. Request for Information (RFI)
c. Project Start Architecture (PSA)
4. Contribution to the following deliverables
a. High Level Classification Document (HLCD)
b. Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
5. Continuous stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.
IDEAL BACKGROUND
EXPERIENCE/PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Well rounded with a good mix of business, technical, and interpersonal skills
Proficient skills in teamwork, collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, working in a Matrix environment and conflict resolution. Working and managing in crossfunctional teams.
A minimum of 5-8 years of experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry preferably in the
Drug Development function.
Be the role model and leadership
Strong knowledge in more than one Business Domain and Technology
Advanced business analysis skills including Lean/Six sigma
Sound technology skills
Exhibits awareness and advanced thinking around larger business and architectural drivers and leads the charge to bring about changes to the domain/.enterprise architecture and solutions accordingly.
