The role:
Projects Automation Engineer
A projects automation engineer is required to complete the validation of an automated production facility. This will involve the development and execution of test specifications, updating the existing documentation to as built status, the supervision of contractors and site staff to ensure that standards are met, the resolution of PLC software issues should they arise, and the optimisation of the control philosophy.
Required skill:
RSlogix5000
Documentation - FDS/URS/STS
Desirable skills:
Fanuc Robot programming experience
Wonderware Archestra SCADA development
Vision system teaching
Cognes camera integration
Kinetix 6500 servo configuration experience
Electrical installation fault finding
