Project Assistant/Secretary
Location - Luxembourg
Languages - English - Luxembourgish (asset)
Responsibilities:
*Handling all the numerous phone calls.
*Fixing all the appointments throughout the day and making sure that they are attended
*Briefing on the agenda before every meeting
*Collecting all the reports on behalf of the management
*Having a daily schedule prepared
*Assisting during meetings
*Attending meeting's if needed
*Running personal errands
*Coordinating with other assistants
Skills Required:
*Proven extensive experience in a PA role, with a high level of professionalism, maturity and sound judgment.
*The proven ability to build relationships and liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders both internally and externally.
*Proven track record of successfully managing upwards and downwards.
*High level of proficiency in MS Office suite and Internet use.
*Able to develop strong relationships across the company.
*Superior intellect, mental flexibility, creativity and judgment.
*An analytical and effective problem solver with strong strategic orientation.
*Exceptional oral and written presentation skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
*Able to build relationships at all levels within and outside of the company.
*Able to quickly understand complex situations and determine strategies and action required for improvement.
