Project Assistant / Scheduler (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Responsible for providing project management with special technical expertise in support of product development, process transfers, process improvements and/or facility modifications
-Provide coordinated resources to ensure successful completion of assigned projects
-Serve as a liaison for interface between Site and project teams
-Develop project plans: schedule, costs and resources
-Manage projects by controlling schedule, costs and resources
-Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelor of Science in engineering or related science (advanced technical training in area(s) of expertise or PMP certification preferred
-Good experience of cross-functional project management
-Leadership for maintaining effective cross-functional teams
-Communication of project status to company management
-Analytical and statistical measurement systems and problem solving techniques
-Proficiency in word processing, Microsoft Project (or similar), Graphics, Data management, Project management, Statistical analysis preferred
-English spoken and written at a professional level, German, French or Italian a strong asset with clear preference for candidates able to communicate in at least one of Swiss national languages
