Projektbeschreibung
Project Assistant scope is composed of:
- Pre requisites'management to fulfil operations
- Customer and internal database updates
- Interfacing with supply chain to assure equipments delivery
- Subcontractor warehouse management tracking/on site operations
- Material Request (MR) creation based on request of the regional team
- Final documentation for customer: control, tracking, delivery
- Final documentation from subcontractor: control, tracking, delivery to customer
- PO to subcontractors
Monthly report deliverables are:
- Summary of operations
- PO to Subcontractor tracking
- PAC/FAC (acceptance certificate) tracking: customer and SubContractors
- Documentation, tracking, purchase orders, invoicing, planning
