Job Summary:
Being part of the Project Delivery team, your daily work will mainly focus on administrative support, ensuring fluent process between the Customers, client and Subcontractors.
Main Responsibilities:
supporting the project management with the purchasing process
Operation and Data maintenance of all related Project delivery IT Tools
Follow-up on open issues
Team Support
Experiences & Qualifications:
Good organization skills
Easy going with IT tools (a must)
Mastering Microsoft-Office tools (good know-how in excel is a must)
Preferable: education in the area of business or technical fields
