Project Assistant - Compliance wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- High school/commercial training, such as Swiss Association of Commercial Employees, business school
- Experience in pharmaceutical, device or healthcare industries as well as previous exposure to compliance function or related components
- Ability to multitask and work independently, as well as executing tasks timely and accurate
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Creating and maintaining eTraining completion reports for the service domains and global functions
- Supporting in initiating campaigns as provided by global compliance
- Minimizing errors in reporting by developing macros as well as designing compliance dashboards and updating various trackers
- Generating periodic reports besides preparing PowerPoint and Excel based reports for stakeholders
- Maintaining specific guidelines, charters and policies and performing other compliance operation tasks
- Supporting the team to build up and maintain the SharePoint and manage access rights
