Project Assistant/Communications Specialist

For our end-client in The Hague we are looking for a Project Assistant/Communications specialist.

Experience in a multinational company and a multicultural environment is required!

Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a big plus!

End: 31-10-2014

Hourly rate: 60 Euros

Project is to migrate 2200 BizTalk and SSIS interfaces from Legacy platform onto new FMO (future mode of operation) platform. Core project team works with IBM (Testing Centre of Excellence) and Wipro (Migration of interfaces) as well as external contractors to deliver these migrated interfaces on this cross-enterprise project.

Primary responsibilities:
Identify key stakeholders
Define and execute stakeholder engagement and management approach
Engage and communicate with business stakeholders using mediums like webcasts, engagement sessions and documentation (newsletters, Intranet/wikis, etc.).
Perform periodic or event-driven engagements across businesses with respect to interface migration based on the planned bundles and priorities.
Work with the Interface Migration Manager to raise awareness about the project
Provide project management support to the project manager (DRB, Steering Committee, SharePoint, Financials, etc.).
Support the delivery teams in engaging with the operational teams for migration and testing activities.
- Draft communications as required to stakeholders in PowerPoint, email, other media as required.

Technical Skills and Experience:

MANDATORY:
- knowledge of social media/SharePoint, ie be able to design and build own SharePoint site
- be capable of producing an online newsletter
- Strong on Powerpoint

- communicates excellent in written English
- can put together good presentation materials
