- Valid Swiss Work permit
- Multi-language skills, including proficient English and Chinese
- Good skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn, a resilient team player
- Good problem solving skills and communication skills
- Detail oriented and efficient
- Event support: hotel booking, meeting room booking etc.
- Admin hotline (sending out and replying colleagues' emails)
- Meal allowance and Canteen support (meal allowance calculation, invoices handling and payment, Migros card distribution, night snack purchase, etc)
- Dormitory management (dormitory in Bern and Zurich coordination)
- Housing allowance and dormitory deposit return follow up
