Project Assistant
Connect44 is looking for Project Assistant for role in Zurich
Duties: Maintain the customer physical sites information on HW system
Maintain the link between Huawei internal sites with customer physical sites
Receive the material outbound request from project and create the outbound application in HW internal system
Other reporting tasks of PMO department when required
The challenge part of the job is the unstable workload with sprint period, over time for urgency cases. When an application cannot be create, pinpoint the problem and inform project team and follow up until the application is raised successfully. It takes a lot of carefulness, patience and very strong communication skills to do this job well.
Ideally the person is Chinese native with good English skills. German is a plus but not necessary. Must have office working experiences as administrative tasks or higher
