For our client, one of the leading copyright enterprises, we are hiring a "Project Assistant.

Location: Berlin
Working hours: 40h / week
Employment model: Permanent position with Nash direct GmbH / Harvey Nash Group

What does a Project Assistant do?

Project Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing routine reports, managing the departmental financial reporting and supporting the team members. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel, PowerPoint and interest in technology generally. Ultimately, a successful Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office in the IT department.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management of projects as required
* Plan meetings and take over meetings if required
* Act as the main point of contact for internal and external customers
* Oversee Time Logging, Project Costs for the department
* Update and maintain IT policies and procedures as required
* Organise and schedule appointments
* Book travel arrangements
* Coordinate the resource plan for IT, consolidated for all activities, consistently with plans, budget and resource availability
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
* Manage the department financial reporting, including verifying supplier invoices versus approved timesheets and contracts
* Support and reconcile expense reports
* Provide general support to the department

Requirements:
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
* Attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Your Profile:
* Work experience within the above mentioned responsibilities would be a great plus
* Fluent in English and German spoken and written
* Good interpersonal relationship skills, you are a team player
