Project Assistant

Harvey Nash is looking for a Project Assistant (PMO) for a 10 + month project in Switzerland for 50%.

You are responsible for:

. Contributing to project deliverables on project management level according to Roche project methodology, such as status- and phase gate reporting
. Supervising tasks, following up on project plans assigned to project workers as instructed by the project manager
. Managing mile stone planning charts
. Collecting input to resource planning from project team members
. Writing minutes, updating issue- and action lists
. Participating in project status meetings when appropriate

Requirements

. Recognized expert-level knowledge in project management office with at least 3+ years of experience as project assistants in an IT environment
. Previous experience within an IT Project Office is highly valuable
. Excellent English skills in speaking and writing, any other language than European language is a plus
. Used to work in a complex environment (business, systems, policies, etc.)
