We are currently recruiting for an Project Assistant to join their business in Spain.

Position Title: Project Assistant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: October 2015

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely and correct upload of project documentation in the client databases to ensure correct project follow up
- Review network designs hardware needs and bill of quantities
- Identify the GAPs and update the needs to materIal specialist and Deployment manager
- Follow up of partner orders and billing according project SLAs.
- Economical reporting of project status
- Supporting the central project team

Qualifications:
- High knowledge of MS Office
- Previous experience on delivery projects as coordinator
- Previous experience with Transport Network systems will be well received
- Experience in the telecommunications industry
- English and Spanish language skills
