Projektbeschreibung

Randstad Professionals is looking for a Project Assistant for our client in Basel, Switzerland to support the Program Manager and the key project team with organizing meetings, writing minutes, organizing the knowledge base and covering a broad range of administrative and project related tasks. Also handling small assignments independently.

MAIN TASKS:

Organize and schedule meetings and workshops.

Prepare meeting/workshop minutes and document outcome by gathering and consolidating notes/documents.

Handle regular administrative tasks, such as organizing travel, expenses, maintain stakeholder and distribution lists.

Support creation of the project schedule and keep it updated according to reports of stream leads.

Conduct regular follow-ups of deliverables of the team.

Structure and maintain knowledge base (team-sites, Wiki, etc.), working closely with the Core Team and contributors.

Contribute to design of workshops and team events and organize them with little supervision.

Take on own assignments within the project, create and lead these by working with experts, for example:
- Coordination of training participation
- Coordination of a UAT or parts of it
- Set-up and conduct performance testing, ie multi-user test
- Contribute to content of the project communication plan

PROFILE:

Strong expertise in supporting major, global projects.

Having supported minimum 2 projects. Experience with Internet or Intranets is a plus.

High computer affinity, advanced MS Office knowledge. (Nice to have: Visio)

Strong communication skills (oral and written).

Excellent planning and organizations skills including good time management.

Demonstrated ability to organize, lead and execute on a variety of action plans, able to manage independently different tasks and prioritize

Working well under pressure with frequent interruptions.

Excellent written and spoken English.

SOFT SKILLS:

Understands complex matters fast and can structure and summarize these in an easily understandable way in documents.

Can translate creative ideas into simple concepts.

Quick learner with an open, transparent and communicative personality and the ability to interact at various levels of the organization (including senior management).

Very customer and service oriented.

Very well structured, organized.

Can cope with stress & challenging time schedules.

Positive, fresh mindset, highly motivated to bring value to the project.

Team player with determination to get things done as a team.

This is a initial contract role for three months with high probablity of extension.
