Projektbeschreibung
Harvey Nash is looking for a Project Assistant for a 4 month project with possible extension till end of 2014 in Switzerland.
The role is about providing project management support by actively supporting project managers and carrying out project controlling.
You are responsible for
- giving support to the project leader in carrying out projects and sub-projects
- performing the project related quality and resource management
- effecting the project controlling and the information of all involved parties
- controlling costs, due dates and risks and in case of deviation informing the project leader/sub-project leader. Submitting proposals to correct deviations
- updating and controlling the continuous planning for the project leader
- coordinating dependencies and interfaces and controlling the progress of sub-projects
- coordinating and controlling the change and configuration management for the project
- performing communication, information and documentation tasks
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge in Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills as well as a strong customer focus and a positive can-do attitude
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality is a must for this position
- Ideally SAP background and/or Finance education
- Ability to work within virtual structures where communication happens to a large degree by mail and phone - and 90% of it in English
