Project Architect IT Infrastructure and Togaf - Contract based Netherlands

The client carries out many projects in a year and for this we are looking for a project architects. They will focus on our online program also be busy replacing the current financial package. Your task as an ICT architect is to provide the frameworks and solutions for these projects in the form of PSAs and to be the architectural point of contact for the project and development teams.

As an ICT architect, you form a smart and coherent data and application architecture
Within the organization-wide aspects. You therefore contribute to the success and recognisability of the Chamber of Commerce in the ICT department. You work closely with project managers, analysts, developers and fellow architects. You actively retrieve information, agree with different stakeholders and convert them into a supported solution. You can easily switch between multiple projects and know purposefully and reliably to achieve results.

You are strong in the field of ICT architecture, communicates well and happily with all layers within the organization and with the relevant government organizations. Both written and oral, you know how to convey a message quickly, clearly and comprehensively. You know to convince and are sufficiently administratively sensitive. You have in-depth practical experience in the required areas of expertise. A bridge builder active in research in an area where knowledge needs to be taken in several places. We are looking for an architect who likes to land in complex landscapes and chains to properly land new products according to guidelines in the existing landscape.

Job requirements

Minimal completed education HBO; WO
A completed education of computer science/information science (or comparable)
Significant knowledge of Archimate + TOGAF
Demonstrated knowledge of the self-motivation of Start Architecture.
Experience with the function of ICT Architect. 5 years experience
Experience with PSA (Project Start Architecture) 5 years
Experience in providing expertise in service design and integration technology 5 years
Experience with Architecture within the government domain. 5 years
Experience with Architecture Development based on parts of the GDI. 5 years
> 1 year experience with government organizations. 5 years
Experience with chain integration in large-scale government environments. (> 5 years = desirable)
Experience with Portal Portal Design.5 years
Experience with system of registers. 5 years
Experience working in an Agile/scrum environment.5 years
Experience with business architecture .. 5 years
Experience with IT infrastructure. 5 years
