Project and Sharepoint Administrator

My client is a large government organization seeking a Project and Sharepoint administrator with at least three years experience administering and supporting a customised SharePoint environment, preferably for a project, program and/or portfolio management tool.

- Safety

- Portfolio Management Tool Administration and Support
- Portfolio Management Tool Documentation
- Portfolio, Program and Project Monitoring and Control Support
- Project Reporting Support
- PMO Support
- Portfolio Management Tool Development

Selection Criteria:

- Experience in a structured project environment and a demonstrated knowledge and
- understanding of project management method(s) (eg PMBOK, PRINCE2; PRINCE2
- Foundation qualification or higher desired)
- Ability to support project teams with project monitoring, control, reporting
- Ability to produce quality, timely and cost effective output within a team environment;
- Technically proficient using Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Exceptional interpersonal and articulate communication skills, with the proven ability to
- manage project stakeholders, build effective working relationships at all levels, and
- present complex information in an easily understood format
- Resourceful, reliable and professional team member with a customer focused attitude.
- Strong organisational skills with a capacity to operate both independently, using initiative
- and self direction, and as a team member to produce consistently high quality work.

Desired Criteria:

- Experience with Microsoft Project Server
- Experience with SharePoint development using Infopath/XML,HTML, Java Scripting, Ajax, C# or other appropriate programming language to meet customer requirements
