PROJECT AND PROCESS MANAGER WITH APPLICATION MANAGEMENT, BANKING, ENGLISH (CONTRACT, ZURICH)

For one of our clients, a worldwide renowned Bank based in Zürich, Swisslinx is currently looking for a PROJECT AND PROCESS MANAGER within APPLICATION MANAGEMENT area.

WE CAN OFFER:

- Drive improvement and development of processes and process framework of Software Development processes (SDLC) and Global Application Delivery operational processes
- Act as a consultant for projects, working groups and other stakeholders
- Represent process view in various steering committees
- Supports process design for operating model for Group Application Delivery
- Coaches and supports a team with process experts
- Coaches and supports process owners and managers in their process design activities
- Communicates all changes related to process management to the organization
- Plans and schedules training of the employees involved in process activities
- Defines guidelines and rules of process management
- Conducts process assessments
- Is responsible for convergence Application Delivery Process Web (Documentation repository) with IT Process repository
- Is part of several IT transformation initiatives

YOUR PROFILE:

- At least 5 years of experience in process management
- Experience in Software Development processes (SDLC and RUP)
- Experience as a team leader
- Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model & Notation)
- Confluence, SharePoint and Visio knowledge
- Good command of English and German

THIS IS A 6 MONTHS CONTRACT INITIALLY, WITH A POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION.Start date: ideally ASAP
