We have changed significantly in the last few years; we have doubled in size, are reaching many more people and have more local groups. This rapid growth has necessitated significant change to our governance processes, including the provision of management information for the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees.

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our organisational performance and project reporting. Based within the Chief Executive Office, you will have an organisation-wide remit, providing oversight across the charity on behalf of senior management.

You will have three key areas of responsibility:

- Managing the reporting processes across a large and complex portfolio of projects;
- Managing performance reporting processes, ensuring close monitoring of the charity's impact and success measures;
- Playing a key role supporting annual planning and the development of our multi-year strategy.

You will also form part of a project management centre of excellence, helping to further improve the charity's change and performance management culture.

You will have a commercial mindset, be efficient and highly productive, with significant experience of either managing complex organisation performance management systems or the compiling and quality assuring reports from across a large portfolio of change projects.
