IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Managing and planning of business process changes for power energy logistics and affected internal controls
-Identify and solve key internal control issues incl. documentation of business process changes
-Creation/changes/novation of contractual agreements
-Business implementation of new, changed, novated contracts into business processes
-Support preparation of internal control status reports
-Business analysis and change implementation
-Manage agreed know-how transfer between respective work streams

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Knowledge of European power markets and their individual regimes (esp. dispatch and balancing)
-Detailed knowledge of power energy logistics business processes and structures
-Strong contract management and stakeholder management skills
-Knowledge of typical contracts and agreements within the European power industry
-Overview of all relations with counterparties such as TSOs
-Consulting experience in the energy industry
-Strong communication skills in German and English
-Organizational and analytical skills
