Project Analyst (Java/PHP/.Net)

Project Analyst (Java/PHP/.NET/REST, jQuery) - 2 Years - Brussels/Luxembourg

Project Analyst with knowledge of Java, PHP and .Net, REST, jQuery within an Infrastructure environment required for 2 years project + in Brussels or Luxembourg.

Required technology experience
Enterprise Architecture including but not limited to BPM, SOA, as well as Data, Information and Knowledge Management
Development methodology, application life cycle management and reference applications based on JEE frameworks as well as the latest web UI technologies (Javascript, REST, jQuery)
Interoperability platform between information systems for exchange of electronic data and documents and electronic business processes.
Identity and access management (based on multiple protocols such as CAS, SAML, WS*)
Open Source Software implementations
Multilingual web development with Open Source Drupal or equivalent (and the LAMP software stack)
Management and evolution of SharePoint portal platforms or equivalent
Load and vulnerability testing
Business Intelligence Reporting
Infrastructure experience
PHP or .NET technologies and development methodologies

Task description
Provision of expert advice and assistance, technology watch, evaluation studies, architectural considerations, applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices in a specific area of ICT infrastructure technology ( eg database management systems, Java Enterprise technology, enterprise & web content management, XML, portals, business process management and rule execution engines, interoperability, business activity monitoring and Business Intelligence technologies, Web 2.0, .NET technology, application life cycle management, test driven development, search technologies, Identity & Access Management, information security, federation protocols
Provision of quality plans, quality assessments, quality control tests, evaluations and service level agreements associated with information system infrastructure services or projects
Assistance in the implementation of a software engineering methodology
Provision of security studies, security assessments and other specific security matters related to ICT infrastructures
Elaboration of functional and non-functional requirements and business case analysis related to the area of expertise
Review of Information Systems Infrastructure Architectures
Provision of technical evaluations and audit reports in relation with information systems infrastructure.
