Project Analyst

We are currently looking an incident management super user for a big client of us in The Hague. In this role you are responsible for the global application for incident management within the company.

You will be working as a communicator with the global gatekeeper network (5 global gatekeepers, ~100 business gatekeepers and a thousand first-line gatekeepers) will be a key part of the role. Specific complexity may come from the different business requirements applicable in the various operations. You will be working with stakeholders from many cultures and countries and will need to be effective working virtually.

You will liaise between the Businesses and the IT organization supporting application, to support the resolution of operational problems. Support in the management and communication of upcoming and ongoing system changes through the organization.

The technical requirements for this role are as following:

- Technical Bachelor degree
- Business analysis
- Understanding of Business Intelligence solutions
- Experience of systems testing and implementing small process changes
- Self organised with a structured and disciplined approach to work activities
- Service oriented mindset
- Interpersonal & influencing skills
- Able to communicate clearly, both written and oral
- Knowledge of change management practicies
- Ability to work in a Matrix organizational environment, influencing people and delivering results, usually without having formal authority or line responsibility.
- Experience of working in a virtual team
- Knowledge of HSSE incident management process, and incident classification, investigation and reporting
