Project Analyst

SUMMARY:

- The Project Analyst will be responsible for supporting project managers in managing, planning, and monitoring key projects from conception through implementation.
- Key duties will be to gather, analyze, verify, define and document actionable Business Requirements.
- Will work very closely with Business Clients, Technical Members, and Project Sponsors to ensure the project objective and scope is clearly documented.
- The Project Analyst will also be responsible for conducting process analysis, process evaluation and assist in implementing process improvements.
- This position is responsible for analysis and documentation of relevant business processes, inclusive of facilitating user interview/meetings and documenting the current and future state of business process via Visio flowcharts, Microsoft Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations.

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School Diploma, Bachelors Degree
- Working with computerized management systems
- Thorough knowledge of Healthcare data elements
- Knowledge of Project Management Fundamentals and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Interviewing, facilitation, organizational and analytical skills necessary to deliver comprehensive, clear and actionable requirements to technical teams
