Project Administrator (PA)

Updating the PMO SharePoint site in relation to all POL activities and logs..Supporting the management of the PMO RAID Log and arranging meetings to review specific business areas ie risks and issues to drive actions and mitigation..Monitoring and management of the POL PMO mailbox. Ensuring OBC Branch Change work order request form, via email is correctly managed/monitored. Assist with consolidated reporting weekly, highlighting key internal Management Information (Volume, status, backlog, fulfilment time, and incident). Supporting PMO PC's in ensuring weekly reports are completed in a timely manner and assisting with collating the governance reports. Supporting PMO PC's in creating and maintaining PMO processes and documents in line with Tempo standards. To carry out performance analysis throughout the migrations, tracking changing trends and recommend procedural/utilisation/efficiency improvements to the PMO and Lead PM. Supporting the Management of exceptions and escalations when necessary. Scheduling weekly review meetings to review, update and manage actions in relation to: DRAID logs Communications plan Resource tracking. Schedule Plans Update and maintain SharePoint records with all outcome and actions arising from the weekly PMO review meetings. Ensuring key and template documents are maintained eg availability tracker, org chart, jargon buster etc. Updating and maintaining the new communications
