Request Management

This is a manual process from which each team member will be provided a spreadsheet with a list of users for a deployment group, this list will include the hardware type that the user requires and each application/software that is also required. The team will then be raising the ISP requests system, an order number will be issued and they'll move on to the next user. PA's. Responsible for the manual raising of ISP's in the ISP system, saving updated documents on SharePoint. Some basic Excel skills required.. Highlighting any issues/errors/discrepancies that they come across and escalating to the team lead.. Attention to detail, if these are raised incorrectly here the user won't get the right apps on deployment.. Carrying out any amendments/cancellations requested from Comms & Scheduling team.. Ordering ISP's for Lync Access-Setup
