IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Support Engineering to Build prototype tooling
-Submit Pre-production part orders to vendors
-Update project plan documents
-Obtain supplier PPAPs and provide to Engineering
-Obtain supplier data (dimensional layout, IMDS, etc.) to Engineering/Quality
-Manage pre-production vendors (documentation)
-Support Project Manager in updating project launch forms, templates
-Send internal orders to protoype tool shop and organize parts for shipment to customer
-Create contract in customer EDIs during the whole project phase
-Support plant accounting with yearly price agreements to set up accruals
-Request/schedule meetings with supplier
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Experience as project administrator
-Good German and English knowledge
-Experience in the automotive sector would be beneficial
-Strong communication skills
