PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR needed for a contract opportunity with our client located in MELBOURNE, FL.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide accounting and finance support to Corporate Communications
- Efficiently process invoices, wire transfers, expense sheets and procurement card transactions. Accurately reconcile up to sixteen monthly procurement card statements and process through four discrete segment accounting systems.
- Assist trade show project managers in planning and successfully executing global trade shows and associated events
- Effectively collaborate, communicate and interact with internal stakeholders across multiple business units including finance, accounting, marketing, communications and branding to maximize event execution and effectiveness
- Accurately maintain and update project management system including invoices, payments and analytics as needed to ensure each trade show the enterprise are continuously aware of project status
- Collaborate with a variety of vendors to negotiate and secure annual contracts/agreements, booth space, meeting space, registration badges, lodging, etc.
- Administer Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and Annual Capital Improvement Plans (ACIP)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Highly organized with a proven ability to successfully plan, coordinate and track projects from start up to close out
- Well versed in standard accounting practices and strong attention to detail
- Strong sense of urgency with an acute ability to collaborate with other regularly
- Ability to work independently and with minimal direction
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and make good judgment decisions in a highly charged, multi-task environment
- Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and providing innovative and timely solutions
- An effective team member with a positive approach who can think outside the box and problem solve in Real Time
- Ability to professionally engage with all levels within and outside of the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and working with databases
