PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR: INFORMATION SECURITY RISK: GLOBAL OIL & GAS

World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a reliable and proactive Project Administrator to join a small team, working independently and with a minimal amount of supervision. Your primary focus will revolve around high levels of Customer Service.

Working within the Front Office as part of the IRM/Security Risk and Controls team, this role will act as the primary Interface between the Business and this team.

Specific duties will revolve around lots of tracking down of documents, generating reports, data analysis, working heavily with Sharepoint, Excel and Word for a wide range of primarily administrative based tasks.

ESSENTIAL:

1. Microsoft Applications and be fluent in reporting (status reports, excel reporting etc)

2. Microsoft SharePoint as you will need to administer the team sites

3. Awareness of Security is an advantage (or even qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISK) as there may be further opportunities to grow within this team

4. Excellent communication - fluent in English (written and spoken)

5. Ability to work with minimal supervision with great organisation skills

6. Customer Focused

7. Business Analyst minded
