Job Title: Project Administrator (FTC 12 months)

Location: Welwyn Garden City

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000

Hours: 37.5 hours, full time, Monday - Friday

You will Administer, plan, control, organise and maintain a number of administrative controls, systems and procedures to assist the smooth running of the NOMS ESF Contracts

Your duties will also include:

- Manage stationary orders
- Collect, store and retrieve information and process statistics as required by the General Manager
- Regularly update team members regarding meetings and general notices.
- Purchasing and billing within SAP
- Respond to written requests on behalf of the General Manager
- Maintain a project filing system in order to store information

Essential skills / qualifications / experience for the role

- Minute taking.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- IT literate
- Strong knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint essential
- Filing systems.
- Previous administration role.
- Experience of computer based systems
- NVQ Business Admin or equivalent experience
