This is a great opportunity to get involved in a large scale multi-million dollar regulatory change project. This is a good time to join the PMO office just as they are forming the team.
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Booking in travel for project directors
- Managing diaries
- Setting up meetings with the key executives
- Taking minutes
- Preparation and maintenance of project registers - risks, issues, dependencies and change control
- Preparation and maintenance of project road maps
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedule
- Assist with review and analysis of project budget
- Track and monitor project financials
- Manage all project timesheets inputs and approvals
- Manage and maintain project documentation, and version control
- Prepare and submit for review weekly status reports
You should have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience as a Project Administrator/Coordinator/Officer in a high pressure environment
- Strong experience with MS SharePoint, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel
- Experience in meeting coordination and strong project governance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Finance experience is favoured
