The Project Administrator/Project Coordinator/Project Support will be responsible for the supporting the Programme Manager and Project Management team in regards to general project support and administration duties.

This will include:

*Maintain the SWB, including:
*Update the "As Delivered P+L" to show the forecast, outlook and actuals
*Add any approved Change Requests
*Add internal expenses
*Add any POs raised and forecast costs
*Track resource utilisation (planned versus actual)
*Upload to the SharePoint site each week.
*Weekly Changepoint administration.
*Ensure all internal resources are uploading scanned copies of expense receipts to SharePoint.
*Receipt POs in Ariba when requested by the PM.
*Facilitate booking of new services orders.
*Draft meeting minutes and review with the PM before issuing.
*Ensure all actions captured during meetings are recorded in the Action Log.
*RAID log updates as required.
*Help maintain the deployment schedule.
*Book rooms for internal meetings as required.
*Train others in the PMO on how to use the DMS tool.
*Help prepare end-user communications using the DMS tool.
*Ensure both the client and the end customer SharePoint sites are kept up-to-date.
*Ensure all project artefacts are version controlled (establish configuration

The Project Administrator/Project Coordinator/Project Support will be expected to have previous experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have some form of project management qualification - Prince 2, APMP, PMI, and have experience of using MS Project. Knowledge of Changepoint, Ariba or Sharepoint would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be from an IT project background, any experience with Lync or Office 365 would be highly advantageous.
