Project Administrator wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Degree in Business, alternatively several years of relevant experience with a record of accomplishment
- Project Management qualifications, certifications, or diploma are an asset
- Extensive experience in Project Management and planning coupled with excellent computer skills regarding Project Management applications
- Proficiency in SharePoint administration
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Performing on- and off-boarding activities such as staffing file maintenance, granting SharePoint/SN/Nimbus access, clarification of requests, welcome/farewell emails and providing guidance
- Managing project SharePoint, distribution lists and GMT groups as well as administering the office space
- Planning training and handling logistics and tracking activities
- Aiding with event planning including room booking, catering, etc. as well as supporting meetings and workshops with organization, agendas, minutes and content
- Preparing reports and communication material like the newsletter
