DESCRIPTION:

- This person will coordinate & run meetings, drive agendas and action items.
- This person will also be required to complete various administrative work for several projects including completing word documents, excel documents or prepare presentations with PowerPoint.
- This person will coordinate across several team members and programs to keep our information flowing and timely for global transformation awareness leveraging several communication channels including but not limited to email, JIVE, Google Docs.

SKILLS:

- Years of experience required: 3-5 years experience
- Excellent Communication Skills, written and oral
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Bachelors Degree Preferred. Associate Degree required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, Word, Powerpoint (emphasis is on Excel and Powerpoint).
- Excellent knowledge of working with collaboration software similar to JIVE
- Proficient in Google docs.
- Creative person with results oriented attitude.
- Outstanding work ethic
- Team Player with a Collaboration approach.
- Technically Savvy.
- Self Learning & Motivated.
- Public Safety or Telecom experience a Plus
