PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

MY CLIENT, A LEADING HEALTHCARE ORGANISATION BASED IN CARDIFF IS URGENTLY SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR TO JOIN THEIR TEAM FOR A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS. PROJECT EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL ALONG WITH STRONG STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND PEOPLE SKILLS. A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF ERP SYSTEMS IS ALSO ESSENTIAL ALONG WITH EXCELLENT COMPUTER SKILLS.

THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION WORKING MONDAY- FRIDAY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8AM- 4:30PM.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Act as a contact point for new custom projects/requests within their technology area(s)
- Understand the manufacturing environment and processes for their product ranges, and build relationships with operational teams
- Escalate any issues to Global PMR leader & Global Customs Operations leader as appropriate
- Ensure all stakeholders (commercial and supply chain) are kept informed on custom opportunities, item activation deadlines and new order timelines
- Ensure that the planning team take ownership of any new product & that customer requirements (including lead times and inventory flags) are transferred into Supply Chain
- Ensure that all new products comply with QMS requirements

PROJECT SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Project Processes
- Self Starter able to work independently

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

- Understanding of ERP Systems
- ISO 9001/ISO13485
- Understanding of Direct Manufacturing Processes
- Project Management experience within a Engineering, Manufacturing or Lifesciences.
