This role is required to manage the administration activities for a Program manager and a team.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Weekly preparation and circulation of Minutes and supporting documentation.
- Assist with recruitment processes of the program (scheduling interviews, preparation of recruitment documentation).
- Upkeep of register ( contacts list, asset register, floor plan).
- Intermediate MS skills ( word, excel) and ability to create and use spread sheets.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
- Experienced in general office procedures.
- Exceptional organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
