Project Assistant - Telecoms, Office Management, ERP
Darwin Recruitment is currently looking for a Project Assistant to help join a growing project team for a leading communications company in Sweden.
Admin responsibility:
- Familiar with office general service of security & safety, office apace, receptionist, stationery, printer, cleaning, coffee machine service management.
- Compliance with company policy, rules and process for office management.
- At least 2 years administration working experience for office management.
- Experience in real estate administration would be an bonus
- Fluent English and Swedish
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Cooperative & dynamic
- Driving license would be an asset
Coordinator responsibility:
- Consultants PR preparation, and operate in ERP system
- Consultants Attendance management and acceptance
- Monthly Logistic invoices checking for the project
- Other Documentation management of the project
- Organize the meetings for project team
Qualifications for the position:
- 1 year of working experience in Telecommunication
- University in Telecommunications, Construction or Electric Power or equal experience from work
- Master Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in written and spoken English and good Swedish.
As a person you should have the following skills:
- Strong communication skills, strong process compliance
- Service minded
- Analytical skills.
- A thorough, organized and methodical approach to work
