3 - 6 month contract with high possibly of extension.
Main responsibilities:
- Logging timesheets for the team, keeping track of all absence and holidays
- Managing the work scheduling and rota
- Managing the budget tracker
- Managing the overtime
- Facilitating setting up of new team members, log in details, equipment, desk space etc and ensuring items are closed and equipment returned for leavers
- Taking notes of the operational calls
- Being the onsite presence for managing all day-to-day operational concerns
Must Have Skills:
Previous site or team administration experience - 2 years plus
Team player, professional attitude, accurate, level headed.
