My client is one of the largest consultancy firm's in the world. This role is in an administrative capacity working within a team of 3 supporting a project team.

Duties:
* Administering the project acceptance committee process
* Ensuring meeting rooms are booked
* Co-ordinating conference calls
* Scheduling meetings and appointments for the project acceptance committee
* Checking documentation and making sure documentation is received
* Providing first line advice in relation to documentation
* Preparing documentation for meetings
* Attending meetings are taking notes
* Distributing actions following meetings
* Reviewing and updating databases

Person Specification:
* Experience working in a consulting environment
* Understanding of risk and quality policies and procedures would be preferable
* Action note taking experience is essential
* Previous administrative experience
* Excellent organisation skills
* Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
