On behalf of our client, a renowned Pharmaceutical company in Basel, Swisslinx are looking for a highly dedicated and competent Project & Administrative Assistant (60%).

This is a contract placement in the area Basel.

You will provide support to project managers and carrying out project controlling, as well as administrative tasks within the team.

Tasks:

- Technical Document preparation and upload for every release
- Administrative of Change requests
- Order office supply and hardware
- Write weekly meeting minutes
- Organise monthly meetings and events
- Assist Project Managers in daily business

Qualifications:

- Basic Knowledge in HPSM
- Experience with Document Management Systems
- English is a must
