Project Accountant - Technology Mansion House Consulting Mansion House Consulting (MHC) is a leading niche consulting company that provides both advisory and delivery-focused consultancy services to the financial services sector, including asset and wealth management, outsourced service provision, interim management, investment banking and private banking marketplaces. We operate globally with offices in London, New York, Frankfurt and Singapore.

We urgently seek a Project Accountant who has experience of working in with global technology infrastructure programs. The team aims to use existing assets more efficiently, reclaim power capacity within the existing data centre locations to ensure technology can meet future compute demand, reduce cost, improve the Client's risk profile, and improve Tech Roadmap compliance.

Responsibilities

- Coordination and management of technology operational excellence
- Development of a business case (detailing investment and cost savings)
- Maintaining a forward looking 24 month silo PL, comparison of monthly vs actual verus plan - Purchase orders, approvals and managing ages accruals
- Interacting with Global technology groups, HR, controlling and Corporate Purchasing.
- Responsible for coordination and management of a GT Operational Excellence
- Development of a business case (detailing investment and cost savings) for the program
- Maintaining a forward-looking 24 month GT silo PL, comparison of monthly actual versus plan, management of the program risks and opportunities to the financial plan, end-to-end coordination of the manpower processes and reporting, purchase order approvals, and managing aged accruals. This role entails interacting with Global Technology groups, HR, Controlling, and Corporate Purchasing.

At least 5 years Business management, or technology management experience in a bank or large FS organisation is essential as is the ability to clearly define a problem, its main drivers, potential solutions, and the next steps to assess and implement these solutions.

You must demonstrate the ability to apply analysis appropriately and communicate it meaningfully Commercial ability to understand core economics/cost driver of technology services and products. Good communication and analytical skills are.
