Essential Skills
*Financial, and Practical Project Accounting Experience, in a multi company environment
*Proficient SAP user including WBS elements,
*Proven experience of Journals, Purchase Orders
*Knowledge of financial systems and business activities
*Ability to work on own initiative
*Ability to produce quality work in a high volume work space
*Process driven

Key Tasks
*Review and analysis of historical Project accounting records, PO Commitments, Forecast and WIP
*Create new WBS structure for projects using the templates as guidance In conjunction with Shared Services transferring all relevant PO's.

In conjunction with Shared Services Close out old structure
*Prepare and Post the journals to transfer cost from original project to new project structure created
*Ensure process is followed and check data consistency after completing a change

Job Purpose
*To provide end to end support to the Project accounting team responsible for Migration of Projects. Highly experienced SAP User, able to navigate around the project accounting, purchasing transactions and journal costs. Candidate must be able to work under own initiative and work to deadlines. *Expected to be undertake Journal entry, and analysis to support the Project Migration Process. The candidate will be using the Embedded processes. Undertaking Mapping and post migration sweeps to ensure the old accounts are clear and support communication to those times sheeting that the project has been closed.
